Homicide Detective David Fugitt

David Fugitt is a seasoned Homicide Detective at the Austin Police Department, where he has partnered in the investigation of over 600 murders. Preceding his tenure of 18-years in homicide, were assignments in the Missing Persons and Family Violence Units. He graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice in 2003. Fugitt was the recipient of the National Crime Victims Heroes award in 2018 and Rotary Club of Austin’s Detective of the Year in 2019. He has appeared on the nationally acclaimed Orange Tree podcast and several True Crime television series to include ID Discovery’s Detective Diaries, In Pursuit with John Walsh, Deadly Sins and Oxygen’s Snapped: Killer Couples.
Lt. Daniel D'Eugenio

Daniel D’Eugenio retired from NYPD in 1997 after serving various roles in NYPD for 23 years. During his career, he served in many areas of policing as he rose in the ranks. His roles included the Port of New York Port Police, JFK and La Guardia Airports. and the World Trade Center. Recruit Instructor, Mounted Police Officer, and the Street Crime Unit, a city-wide specialized plain clothes/undercover unit. He has written an account of his life serving in the police department. His book titled Memo Book is full of narrow escapes, funny stories, and one man’s dedication to solving crimes and the pursuit of justice.
Lt. Daniel D’Eugenio has a wealth of experience in multiple areas of Police and Detective work. In this presentation, he will focus primarily on “Stake-Out,” better known as undercover plainclothes. During these excursions, he was always on high alert as this type of assignment most often involves being in the midst of dangerous criminals. Time permitting, he is willing to answer any questions about this and other parts of his career.
Trina Perkins-Mouton, Esq.

Trina Perkins-Mouton is a licensed attorney for the past 25 years, with concentrated areas of law in Criminal, Parole, Probate, Transactional Real Estate, Personal Injury, and Estate Planning. She is outside counsel for the Boards of Pardons and Paroles, Independent Hearing officer for Texas Education Agency, Federal Fiduciary for the Department of Veterans’ Affairs, Tax Court Ad Litem, Civil Court Guardian Ad Litem for Minor Children, and a Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams.
In addition to her incredible experience as a criminal attorney, she is also an amazing artist, singing and dancing in many events, including the famous Night Court Charity Show, and is a writer and media/video creator.
Trina received her undergraduate degree from the University of Houston, and a law degree from Thurgood Marshal School of Law, TSU. She has been married to Lawrence Mouton for the past 27 years. They have two beautiful children, Xzavier and Genesis Mouton, and two grandchildren, Allyah Rose Mouton and Xzavier Fearless Delawrence Mouton. Long known as the Queen of Justice, Trina has embodied this role to reach the community and provide inspiration for all ages.
